At Art of Work, we have deep experience of the limits that this method has to deliver sustained and replicable improvement. As part of our Social Responsibility effort, we are providing our resources pro bono to the Tasmanian Health Service to test the application of Learning Teams as part of a clinical RCA.
Stay tuned for more.
