About Resilamp® Learning Teams
Investigations undertaken by many organisations have become burdened with pre-conception and hindsight bias that constrains useful and insightful learning. In most people's experience, the underlying purpose of an investigation is to find error, and identify who is responsible for that error, which is often followed by corrective action that is retributive. Current investigations are insufficiently curious about work.
A Resilimap® Learning Team is a structured appreciative enquiry method, designed to engage curiosity to facilitate team-based enquiry using the Resilimap® analysis method.
Resilimap® can be applied to different work scenarios, with different outcomes in mind. In each scenario Resilimap® seeks to uncover organisation conditions and constraints, demand and performance expectations, and the individual/team capability and control. The output assesses capacity, variability and performance capability and the inherent vulnerabilities.
The Resilimap® analysis method is undertaken by a trained learning team. The method is based on engaging with “normal work”, in order to understand what is helping and hindering successful and safe work. The enquiry centres on the view of those doing the work, to understand the work experience conditions from their perspective, and thereby seeking to understand the inputs, decision points within the conditions and constraints that are or were present.

In this condition, people are frustrated and want to share what helps and hinders them. They also freely share their strategies to get the work completed, both from the system and outside of the system. Resilimap® Learning Team facilitator course: Level 1- Introductory
This course is Resilimap® learning team 2-day facilitator training program. The program familiarises participants with the Resilimap® learning team method, that leading organisations are turning to. This two-day course is designed for an organisation’s enquirers participants to learn the philosophy and methodology so that it can be applied within the organisation. This course uses experiential learning techniques and provides the facilitators with the skills to set them up for success including:

Resilimap® Learning Team facilitator course: Level 2 - Intermediate - Certified
This program has two phases. The participants complete the 2-day facilitators training course. The organisation then arranges for their nominated facilitators to undertake a learning team event, supported by an Art of Work Coach. The coach will guide and assist the learning team event. The report will be completed by the nominated facilitator, which will be reviewed by the coach. Nominated facilitators that meet the Art of Work standard will then be certified.
Resilimap® learning Team facilitator course: Level 3 - Advanced - Certified
This program has three phases. The organisation engaged Art of Work to facilitate a learning team event for each of the nominated facilitators within their organisation. The nominated facilitator will be a participant in the complete process. The participants will then complete the 2-day facilitators training course. The organisation then arranges for their nominated facilitators to undertake a learning team event, supported by an Art of Work Coach. The coach will guide and assist the learning team event. The report will be completed by the nominated facilitator, which will be reviewed by the coach. Nominated facilitators that meet the Art of Work standard will then be certified.
