  • Collective Improvements - Through a series of structured group discussions, front line employees share their insights and experiences of what work can be like. The gathered information is then analysed by a representative cross-section of the organisation to identify the key challenges they can address to make work more productive, efficient and safer.   • Embedded Discovery - Our Embedded Discovery process is an exploration of work, carried out by Art of Work, side by side with front-line employees.  The aim of the process is to identify the assumptions and critical conditions that contribute to everyday challenges in the workplace and the relationship to safety outcomes.   • Safety Differently Audit - Our Safety Differently audit takes a closer look at your current safety management systems and practices to identify opportunities for your people to be the solution, for safety to be about creating successful outcomes, and for safety to be an opportunity to take responsibility to create a better workplace.
